# Set your store's contact details

The LanternWP contact page shows your store's email, phone and address: the **Ways to reach us, with the form** pattern, in the **Help & contact** category, reads each one from your store's settings every time the page opens. Change a setting, and every page that shows it follows, including pages you saved before and a demo's contact page.

## Where each detail is set

- **Email**: the **"From" address** in **WooCommerce → Settings → Emails**, the address WooCommerce sends its emails from.
- **Phone**: **Store phone** in **WooCommerce → Settings → General**, the last field under **Store Address**. WooCommerce has no phone setting, so LanternWP Companion adds this one; without Companion the page shows no phone.
- **Store address**: the address under **Store Address** in **WooCommerce → Settings → General**, shown on one line as WooCommerce writes it for your country.

Opening hours have no setting: write your own in the **Visit the store** section.

## Set the phone

With LanternWP Companion active:

1. Go to **WooCommerce → Settings → General**.
2. Under **Store Address**, enter **Store phone** as customers should dial it, such as (720) 555-0148.
3. Select **Save changes**.

To take the phone off your pages, empty **Store phone** and save.

## A detail you have not set

A detail you have not set is left out of the page. In the editor it shows "Hidden: no store phone" (or email, or address) in its place, and its block settings say so in full, such as "Hidden: the store has no address. Set it in WooCommerce → Settings → General." or "Hidden: the store has no phone."

To write your own line instead, such as "Online only" in place of an address, select it, open the options beside **Attributes** and choose **Reset all**; it then keeps your text and no longer follows the settings.

## With LanternWP Companion

The panel beside these details holds Companion's [contact form](contact-form.md), and the phone is Companion's **Store phone**. Without Companion the panel is empty, and the email and address show all the same.
