# Get help

- **Questions and problems**: write to us at [hello@lanternwp.com](mailto:hello@lanternwp.com) with your WordPress, WooCommerce, theme and Companion versions (**Dashboard → Updates** and **Plugins** show them) and what you did when it happened.
- **Security issues**: write to [security@lanternwp.com](mailto:security@lanternwp.com) privately; never post them in public. They never go on the public [bugs list](https://lanternwp.com/bugs) at lanternwp.com.
- **What changed in each version**: the changelog at lanternwp.com lists every release of the theme, Companion and the demos.
