What we collect when you visit this website or write to us, why, and how to have it removed. Updated 24 September 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for LanternWP and this website is Testica Iga Małłek, ul. Polna 2, 87-162 Lubicz Górny, Poland (VAT ID PL8911577240), referred to below as “LanternWP”, “we” or “us”. Write to us at hello@lanternwp.com about anything in this policy.
2. What we collect
2.1 Messages you send us
E-mails you write to us and our replies, including anything you attach.
2.2 Technical data
Our server logs record the IP address, browser, requested address and time of each request. We do not use analytics or tracking on this website.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We do not send newsletters, and we do not track opens or clicks.

We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Where a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- E-mails: as long as we need them to answer you, and no longer than 12 months after the last message.
- Server logs: a rolling window of a few weeks.
- E-mail delivery logs at Resend: 30 days, as Resend describes.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we act within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, for a copy, for correction, for erasure and for restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to hello@lanternwp.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority where you live or work.
8. Cookies
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a token that protects forms against forged submissions. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts come from our own server.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
